A couple of weeks ago Stylist Magazine ran a competition to bake the cover, and this is an image of the winning design on the front. This inspired me to get back into a bit of baking.
I decided to make some gingerbread biscuits and I found the recipe here!
With this recipe I was finally able to use my animal safari and jigsaw piece cookie cutters (all from amazon).
The pieces expanded quite a bit so I would definitely roll them out a little thinner next time.
