Save the date!

 Before Christmas I was working on some Save the Date cards for a lovely young couple.

I will also be making some Invitations and Thank you cards for the same wedding so stay tuned for those.

The theme of the wedding is garden party.

They sent a couple of images to me of invitations they had seen and liked. So I then had a scout about on pinterest etc and created a little mood board for the wedding stationary. 

I worked on some hand drawn text for the save the date cards.

Below is the finished design used for the Save the Date cards.

I think the silhouettes of their heads are my favourite part.
