So today we were able to go to a really magical place, the place where our cute animation heroes are from. We went to the Studio Ghibli Museum, totoros and soot sprites galore.
Everything about this place is super cute, the exterior of the building, doors, windows, the food, even the entry tickets were little movie film strips.
For the majority of the museum you weren't able to take photos but there was small outdoor areas that you were able to take photos. Including the rooftop where you could take a selfie with this tall dude!
After we were finished in the museum we headed to the Gyoen gardens in Shinjuku.
The Japanese style garden was our favourite.
