New Year's resolutions

So the plan for 2013 was as below, here were my resolutions for 2013:

1. Eat much more healthily and exercise
2. Take more photos
3. Learn more craft techniques (any medium)
4. Be more creative and enter more competitions
5. Make more time for friends
6. Keep an up to date diary of events
I also saw this great idea on the Scathingly Brilliant Blog.
Where over the course of a year you write down all the good things that happen to you on pieces of paper, keep them in a jar, then on the turn of the new year you read them out and discover the happiness of the past year all over again.
7. Is to follow the above idea of writing down all the good things 2013 may bring.

2013 overall was a great year, I completed my sketchbook project, got a whole lot more creative, Tom and I moved into a new house with a lot more space, we have a joint office now where I have a really awesome work space.
From my 2013 resolutions I did indeed eat more healthy (though it was towards the end of the year) Tom and I tried the Atkins diet and although it made me grouchy at first I managed to shed a little bit of weight and feel more confident. I did take a lot more photos thanks to both my camera, smart phone and instagram. I didn't really learn any new craft techniques though I did create more varied work thanks to my sketchbook project (this also counts as being more creative and entering more competitions). Making more time for friends - I would like to work on this more as many of my friends live far away, it would be nice to see them more. Keep an up to date diary of events - sorry this didn't happen, not for my life outside of work anyway. And for the last resolution to keep a jar of all the good things to happen in 2013, I think I only lasted until the end of January for this challenge but I would like to try again this year.

So my resolutions for 2014 are:

1. Be even more creative and enter competitions or contests
2. Good things in 2014 jar
3. Continue to take a lot of photos - more family ones
4. Visit the Cinema or go out for a meal more often
5. Work on/Start up an Etsy/Online shop
